Our Service Delivery Oversight programs are typically structured in three phases:
Phase 1 - We meet with your team to define the quality and compliance requirements of your service delivery operation and how these integrate into your organization as a whole. We then design a quality management approach to monitor quality at up to three levels: Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Oversight.
Phase 2 - ThinkQ designs and delivers training to your team on the topics of quality control and surveillance. This typically includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
Phase 3 - ThinkQ customizes our service delivery compliance software, QMSIT, to your application, empowering your management team to schedule, approve, monitor, and report on every aspect of quality assurance. This phase also includes software training for users, system administrators, and managers.
