ThinkQ is a consulting company offering professional quality and management support services, customized training, and tailored software solutions. Our mission is to set the standard for transforming clients into performance leaders with a focus on quality, accountability, and transparency. ThinkQ began in 2000 when Belle Enterprise and Technology, Incorporated (BET) was founded as a woman-owned, service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB); BET was renamed ThinkQ, Inc. early in 2009. ThinkQ is comprised of 28 full-time professionals and nine subcontractors. Our major clients are the Department of Defense, The National Park Service, General Dynamics Information Technology, U.S. Coast Guard, and the Assistant Director of Competitive Sourcing (DOD).
ThinkQ has been fortunate to work on and manage a variety of complex and politically sensitive contracts in the last five years. The firm has performed as both a prime contractor and subcontractor, and has demonstrated capacity to manage multiple activities and partners with exemplary results for our clients.
- ThinkQ created, trained and implemented the QA organizations (CGAs) for the Defense Distribution Center (DDC), the federal government’s largest warehousing operation.
- The DDC’s Quality Management System (QMS) was identified as a best practice of the agency in 2010. The QMS utilizes ThinkQ’s QMSIT software to provide Headquarters staff with real-time visibility of quality data as well as actionable information.
- Members of the ThinkQ team were selected to participate in the development of OMB Circular A-76 on competitive outsourcing.
