As many of you know, we at ThinkQ are very interested in helping the government get what they pay for. The Obama adminstration is adamant that the government needs to be transparent in their operation and accountable for thier actions. In contracting with the government, we feel that quality starts at the time that the contract is written. Planning for quality means defining in greater detail the actual performance standards and how often performance will be checked.
